Five Resiliency Tips

People who soar are those who refuse to sit back, sigh and wish things would change. They neither complain of their lot nor passively dream of some distant ship coming in. While both personal and professional lives don't always turn as expected, I find resiliency to be a key component to handling adversity.  The following are five resiliency tips to consider:

  1. Stay Calm
  2. Keep watching the long term vision
  3. Understand change can be stressful
  4. Focus on the present
  5. Trust yourself
